1. Using Promivra
Promivra provides software for business marketing planning, AI assisted content, visual and video creation, scheduling, publishing, connected platform workflows and related automation. By creating an account or using Promivra, you agree to these Terms.
2. Business accounts and authority
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must have the authority to create a workspace for a business and to connect any Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account, WhatsApp Business asset or other third party asset you authorize Promivra to access.
3. Your content and business information
You retain your rights in the business information, instructions, source material and content you provide to Promivra. You give Promivra the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, schedule and transmit that material for the purpose of providing the service and completing the actions you request.
4. AI generated material
AI generated strategies, copy, images, narration, speech, videos and recommendations can contain mistakes, omissions or unsuitable material. You are responsible for reviewing material before accepting, downloading, scheduling or publishing it and for confirming factual claims, prices, offers, legal disclosures, intellectual property rights and advertising compliance.
5. Connected platforms
Third party platforms such as Meta, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta advertising services, operate under their own terms, policies, permissions and technical limits. Promivra does not control those services. A platform can reject, delay, remove or restrict a post or API request, revoke permissions, change its API, or suspend an account. Promivra cannot guarantee uninterrupted third party platform access.
6. Publishing and automation
Promivra may execute scheduled or user initiated publishing actions after required approvals and connection checks pass. For WhatsApp, you are also responsible for lawful recipient consent, approved template use and compliance with WhatsApp messaging policies. You are responsible for the content and timing you approve. Promivra is designed to record failures rather than report a third party publication as successful when the external platform has not confirmed it.
7. AI video and voice
Video and voice generation can be asynchronous, expensive, subject to provider availability, and limited by provider safety or content rules. Generated footage may contain visual artifacts or fail to follow every creative instruction. AI generated voice must be disclosed where required. You must not use Promivra to create misleading impersonation, unauthorized likeness, prohibited content or material that violates third party rights.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Promivra to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malicious software, obtain unauthorized access, misrepresent another business, manipulate platform systems, or publish material prohibited by an applicable connected platform.
9. Availability and changes
Promivra may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features as the product develops. Maintenance, security work, third party outages and API changes can affect availability.
10. Fees
If paid Promivra plans or paid features are offered, the applicable price, billing period, limits and cancellation terms will be shown when the plan or feature is purchased. Third party platform charges, advertising spend and other external charges are separate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
11. Disclaimer
Promivra is a software service and does not provide legal, tax or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every AI output, recommendation, integration or third party publication will be accurate, available or suitable for your particular purpose.
12. Limitation and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Promivra is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from AI output, third party platform actions, account restrictions, advertising performance, lost opportunities or service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Termination and disconnection
You may stop using Promivra and disconnect supported third party integrations. Promivra may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or a material violation of these Terms.
